Sensitive information. If you tell us about a medical condition, accessibility need or medical transport request, we use it only to plan and operate your flight safely.
Payment information. Payment details are collected as described in your charter agreement and are used only to process payment.
Technical information. Our website host automatically records basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use your information
We use personal information to respond to quote requests and questions, to arrange and operate flights, to process payments, to meet legal, safety and regulatory requirements, to prevent fraud and protect our aircraft and passengers, and to improve our service.
With your permission, we may also send you information about empty legs, availability and offers. You can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide your trip or as required by law, with:
• service providers who help us operate, such as FBOs and ground handlers, caterers, ground transportation, and the companies that host our website and process payments;
• another certificated operator, if one is used for your trip as described in our Terms of Service;
• government authorities, such as the TSA, U.S. Customs and Border Protection and foreign authorities, when required for security, customs or immigration;
• law enforcement, regulators or others when required by law, or to protect the safety, rights or property of our passengers, crew or company.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, tax, accounting and aviation record-keeping requirements, and then delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
