Terms of Service
Effective October 29, 2026
About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of flyca.co and any charter flight you book with Charter Airlines LLC ("Charter Airlines", "we", "us"). By requesting a quote, booking a flight or using this website you agree to these Terms.
Every flight is also governed by the written charter agreement or trip confirmation you sign or accept for that trip (your "Charter Agreement"). If the Charter Agreement and these Terms conflict, the Charter Agreement controls.
Who operates your flight
Charter Airlines is an FAA-certificated air carrier. Flights we sell are operated by Charter Airlines, which holds operational control of the aircraft and crew, unless your Charter Agreement clearly identifies a different operator before you book.
Quotes and availability
Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us and on aircraft and crew availability at the time. A quote is not a reservation, and it may change until a Charter Agreement is signed and payment is received.
Quoted prices may not include taxes, airport and handling fees, de-icing, catering, international fees, overnight crew expenses, Wi-Fi usage or other trip-specific charges. Your Charter Agreement lists what is included.
Booking and payment
A flight is confirmed only when you have accepted the Charter Agreement and we have received payment, or a deposit, as it specifies. Payment terms, accepted payment methods and due dates are set out in the Charter Agreement.
Additional charges incurred during the trip at your request, or because of changes you make, will be billed after the trip.
Changes and cancellations
Changes to dates, times, routing or passengers depend on availability and may change the price. Cancellation terms, including any fees and refund timing, are set out in your Charter Agreement.
Empty legs
Empty-leg flights are repositioning flights offered at a reduced price. Their dates, times and routes depend on the original charter and may change or be cancelled at short notice. If an empty leg is cancelled, our responsibility is limited to refunding what you paid for it.
Safety and the pilot in command
Safety comes first. The pilot in command has final authority over whether a flight departs, its routing, and whether a passenger or item may be carried. We may delay, divert or cancel a flight because of weather, maintenance, air traffic control, airport restrictions, crew duty limits, security or any other condition affecting safety.
If an aircraft becomes unavailable, we may substitute a comparable aircraft, operated by us or by another properly certificated operator. We will tell you before departure if we do.
Passengers, documents and conduct
Each passenger must carry valid government-issued photo identification, and for international travel a valid passport and any required visas or health documents. Passenger names and details must be provided before departure so we can meet security and customs requirements.
Passengers must follow crew instructions at all times. We may refuse to carry anyone who is intoxicated, disruptive, or a risk to safety, and smoking and vaping are prohibited on board. You are responsible for the conduct of your passengers and for any damage they cause to the aircraft.
Baggage, pets and restricted items
Baggage must fit within the weight and space limits of the aircraft. Tell us in advance about oversized items such as golf clubs or skis. The crew may limit or refuse baggage for weight-and-balance or safety reasons.
Hazardous materials are prohibited except as permitted by FAA and DOT regulations. Firearms may be carried only with prior written approval and in compliance with applicable law.
Pets are welcome with advance notice. Pets must be controlled by their owner for the whole flight, and you are responsible for any cleaning or damage they cause and for meeting the animal-entry rules of your destination.
Medical and accessibility needs
Please tell us when booking about any medical condition, mobility need or medical equipment that may affect your flight, so we can plan for it. Our flights are not air ambulance or medical evacuation services unless your Charter Agreement says so.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays, cancellations or diversions caused by weather, air traffic control, government action, mechanical issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or for indirect, incidental or consequential losses such as missed connections, hotel costs or lost business.
International carriage may be governed by the Montreal Convention or another applicable treaty, which may limit our liability for death, injury, delay and loss of or damage to baggage. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Using this website
Website content, including text, photographs and logos, belongs to Charter Airlines or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Information on this site, such as aircraft details, availability and empty-leg listings, is provided for convenience and may change without notice.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its effective date, applies to bookings made after that date.
